ApplyFast is a job search application that aggregates and analyzes job postings from LinkedIn. The service uses AI to score jobs based on your profile and preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
AI-powered job scoring is subject to daily and monthly usage limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
AI tokens are available for purchase through our web application. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed at our discretion with prior notice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Token purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
Purchased tokens have no expiration date and remain in your account until used. Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Our Chrome extension is subject to these terms as well as Google's Chrome Web Store Terms of Service. By installing the extension, you agree to both sets of terms.
The extension requests certain permissions to function properly. These permissions are used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and are necessary for core functionality.
The extension may update automatically through the Chrome Web Store. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Our service scrapes publicly available job postings from LinkedIn and may import your LinkedIn profile data with your consent. You agree not to use this service for any purpose that violates LinkedIn's terms of service, our terms, or applicable laws. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn.
The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ApplyFast and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job postings or AI scoring results.
ApplyFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
